Job Description
Responsibilities: Develop and execute rewards policies and programs that align with the organization's philosophy and strategic objectives. Support remuneration committees on matters related to executive compensation. Lead the annual remuneration review cycle, ensuring alignment with market standards through comprehensive benchmarking and analysis. Oversee incentive programs, including short- and long-term incentives, linking reward outcomes with long-term value creation. Manage employee benefits programs, including insurance, leave, and flexible benefits schemes. Enhance the performance management framework to bolster organizational capabilities and individual performance. Review and formulate international mobility policies that support global growth and workforce mobility needs.
