Description

The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall operations and administration of a specific shift or operation within the Terminal/Sort Facility. This role is also responsible for ensuring the achievement of targets and metrics while also ensuring necessary planning and budgeting takes place in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the facility in the future.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategies to ensure adequate planning is done to optimize capacity, service, and cost within the Terminal/Sort Facility
• Manage the execution of projects in accordance with the operational plans with on-going cost management, budget control, and performance management per region
• Manage administration and operating standards including budget planning, analyzing reports, meeting and exceeding productivity standards.
