Job Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Leads to identify the manpower requirements and formulate proactive resourcing strategies in driving and delivering the hiring plans to meet the manpower demands;
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, interview, selection, offer to on-boarding of new staff members for the Administration and Ancillary team;
- Work in partnership with Leads and various stakeholders on the deployment/nesting of the Administration and Ancillary team;
- Work closely with the Leads and HR, Learning & Development and leadership programmes for the Administration and Ancillary team;
- Manage the full spectrum of HR operations and services for the Administration and Ancillary team;
