BAS Manager | Te Awamutu

About the Role

You will act as a trusted advisor to clients across farming, property investment, and SME sectors. This role goes beyond compliance, with a strong focus on adding real commercial value.

You will also work closely with the Directors while leading and mentoring a team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver strategic business advisory and consulting services
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Review financial statements and tax compliance
• Support business acquisitions, restructuring, and growth
• Manage and build strong client relationships
• Lead, mentor, and review work of junior team members
