Due to tremendous demand within the region, we are looking to hire Manager level candidates (depending on experience) in our Tax Practice in Malaysia. Our Tax Practice covers all aspects of tax advisory services in Asia, including M&A tax due diligence, tax structuring, transfer pricing advisory and compliance services, general tax advisory services, etc. This position will lead and/or execute a diverse range of complex assignments as well as provide advice on cross‑border transactions. The candidate will also work closely with our Transaction Advisory Group and Private Equity Performance Improvement Group to provide integrated due diligence to the world’s largest and most high‑profile corporate, private equity and financial investors.
