This role provides a unique opportunity to lead the end-to-end development and delivery of Pre-Employment Training (PET) programmes, integrating strategy, policy review, programme implementation, and stakeholder engagement.

• Policy and Strategy: Review and strengthen policies impacting ICT and Media graduates, ensuring curriculum and interventions enhance employability outcomes.
• Programme Development: Design, implement, and evaluate PET programmes, ensuring alignment with governance standards and budget objectives.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyse workforce data, labour market trends, and programme metrics to inform strategies and assess impact.
