This position reports to the Assistant Vice President, Group Talent Management.
Key Responsibilities : Responsible to design/drive the implementation and execution of Talent Management and Leadership Development initiatives in ST Engineering in partnership with functional stakeholders across the business, HR and fellow Talent Partners Manage end-to-end scholars’ assimilation and rotations within the Group to develop and retain the future talent pipeline Responsible to design and roll out Hi-Potential development initiatives that are strategic for the business Regularly engage and check-in with the top talent pool in your Business Area Partner with HRBP Leads to prepare and drive robust Succession Planning and Talent Reviews for Singapore and International BUs with guidance from COE Perform analyses and identify metrics/KPIs to track Talent Development, succession planning, learning utilization and other Talent & Learning Development outcomes.
