Key Responsibilities *

1. Drive the development of CIMB’s medium- and long-term sustainability strategies and plans in collaboration with the Regional Head of Sustainability Strategy and Stakeholder Engagement and the Chief Sustainability Officer, aligning with the CIMB’s Corporate strategy, Board, and EXCO guidance. This includes translating strategic ambition into medium- and long-term sustainability plans; ensuring these plans are responsive to dynamic external factors, industry trends, and regulatory developments; and that they are robustly supported by structured implementation roadmaps, internal stakeholder buy‑in, and consistent monitoring and reporting mechanisms.
