Job Description
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Talent Management Framework
- Translate the Talent Management Framework into annual workplans, execution roadmaps, tools and timelines for entities.
- Lead tactical planning and analysis for talent identification exercises, synthesising data into insights and recommendations.
- Manage assessment deployment strategy, vendor coordination and interpretation of assessment outcomes to support decisions.
- Design Talent Review cycles, prepare decision-ready insights and facilitate structured discussions with stakeholders.
Succession Planning
- Translate succession strategy into execution plans, milestones and reporting structures.
- Analyse succession coverage, readiness and risk indicators; surface gaps and mitigation options.
- Prepare succession insights and briefing materials to support stakeholder engagements.
