**About your role:**

In this role, you will own the KPI’s governance, operational processes, and tool effectiveness that underpin execution discipline across the Footwear & Equipment Product Development organization. This is a hands-on leadership role accountable for ensuring KPIs are governed with discipline, PD tools are adopted effectively, and operational processes, including SMS PO management run with accuracy, predictability, and continuous improvement.

You will manage the working relationship between PD and Enterprise Platform teams (e.g., PxM, DT, PSE , …), ensuring systems and data serve business needs. Where processes break down, you and your team will diagnose root causes and design better ways of working in partnership with SME’s and Enterprise Platform teams.
