Position Purpose:

In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors; the Manager will provide care in an atmosphere sensitive to each person's physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs with respect to the beliefs and values of co-workers, patients and their families. The Manager functions in the spirit of teamwork with other hospital and center staff members to facilitate the daily operations of the sterile processing area of the Surgical Care Center.
