Job Description

The Senior Manager, SRE will lead reliability and automation efforts for a focused set of Vertafore products or platforms (e.g., AMS360 & Sagitta OR CI/CD platform services). This role ensures operational excellence through SLIs/SLOs, monitoring, and automation, while managing a team of engineers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Product Reliability Own SLIs/SLOs and monitoring for assigned products or platforms. Implement observability tools and dashboards for proactive performance management.
  • CI/CD & Automation Manage build/release pipelines and provisioning automation for assigned scope. Reduce operational toil through scripting and automation-first practices.
  • Incident Response Lead on-call rotations; ensure timely resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Collaboration Work with Directors and VP, SRE to align reliability initiatives with organizational goals. Partner with Cloud Ops for infrastructure readiness and ...
