Looking for experienced candidates handling responsibilities as Company Secretary 

Min Exp :  4 yrs in listed entity and manufacturing company

Roles and Resonsibilities:

1. Stock Exchanges (NSE, BSE & NASDAQ) related:

• Preparing & submitting all quarterly compliance reports viz; the Clause 35 Shareholding pattern, Free Float, Secretarial Audit Report, Quarterly Compliance report.

• Sending Insider Trading & Substantial Acquisition & Takeover disclosures on as and when basis to the Stock exchanges.

• Intimating the Stock Exchanges about the Board Meeting Date, the outcome of the board meeting, the financial results etc.

• Assisting in implementation of the Code of Conduct applicable to the Company.

• Sending the Director Database and updating the details of the company on the stock exchange...
