Job Description
- Define the comprehensive QA strategy (manual and automated) and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of technical ownership, mentorship, and continuous improvement.
- Architect, implement, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks to increase testing efficiency, coverage, and velocity across all product lines.
- Collaborate with DevOps and Development teams to integrate automated testing seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines, supporting continuous testing and deployment.
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to align testing activities with business requirements, project schedules, and release timelines.
- Execute complex SQL queries for data reconciliation, conduct API load/performance testing, and validate security measures against vulnerabilities and OWASP standards.
