This role will help drive strategic projects and generate insights for the business. The individual will be working very closely with senior management and be responsible for four main scopes:

• Lead and manage performance reporting across departments (Logistics CX Sales Marketing).
• Track monitor and challenge performance against country-wide OKRs functional targets and budgets.
• Define and optimize performance reporting tools and processes to improve accuracy and decision‑making.

• Use data analytics to uncover root causes behind performance trends and issues.
• Synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making.
