About the job Manager, Special Project Office (Healthcare). Job Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the project including and not limited to knowledge management, use engagement, project management, budget monitoring, status reporting and acting as secretariat to the Steering Committee and Working Group Members.
- Manage and coordinate requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Support space planning, budgeting, and resourcing requirements from incoming and existing Tenants.
- Organize logistics, coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, set up-out office infra and provide operational assistance.
- Oversee the procurement of goods and services required for the site to operate seamlessly.
- Oversee all space allocation requests and ensure optimal allocation of space to support the hospital growth and development for the long-term.
