As a Software Development Manager, you will be responsible for people management on a team of 8 developers, delivering engaging products for our audiences, and setting technical direction. You will provide support for the individuals you manage to advance their careers and give them the valuable feedback they need to grow. You will help identify stretch goals, areas of growth, and opportunities for them to shine within the organization.
