Lead a team of warehouse personnel including training and guiding both warehouse personnel (Material Handlers) and Admin Assistants in the day-to-day operations of receiving, storage, handling, issuing, packing and shipping and ensure that the functions are carried out timely, accurately and efficiently.

Participate in daily meetings with the team and manufacturing colleagues to resolve support issues related to build plans.

Plan and make the best use of all resources available, including manpower and space.

Set warehouse policies and procedures, check and ensure that warehouse employees follow the policies and safety regulations.

Provide appropriate training to all warehouse personnel to ensure that the team members can carry out their functions in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. This includes training for the various store functions and SAP training for performing data entry in the system.
