Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Define and implement the quality vision, strategy, and objectives aligned with business goals
  • Lead cross-functional quality initiatives across production, engineering, and supply chain
  • Oversee and improve QMS and ensure compliant with relevant certifications and audits
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (, RoHS, REACH, CE, UL), customer-specific requirements and ensure customer feedback handling
  • Maintain and improve QMS documentation, procedures, and controls
  • Monitor and improve product quality metrics (, FPY, PPM, COPQ)
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for internal and external issues
  • Drive supplier quality development and incoming inspection protocols
  • Manage and mentor the quality assurance and quality control teams
