To enable employers to offer age-friendly and caregiver-friendly jobs and uplift lower-wage workers through grants and programmes, including the Senior Employment Credit, Part‑Time Re‑Employment Grant, Progressive Wage Credit Scheme, and Workforce Skills Support.

• Work closely with implementing agencies and stakeholders to improve operational efficiency through regular reviews of workflows.
• Ensure that policy intent is translated into grants operations.
• Contribute to the design of new programmes and grants.
• Support programme evaluation to assess the effectiveness of programme and grants and propose improvements.
• Assess and manage appeals, and issue public replies, where necessary.
