Key Objective

To be the Company Secretary of the company and provide advisory support to the Board for Chubb Insurance Malaysia Berhad and Chubb IT Development Centre Sdn Bhd and any other associated or related companies in Malaysia. The position is to work closely with the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer to ensure the companies’ compliance with all corporate governance requirements.

Major duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring correct procedures are followed and the Company is compliant with the Company’s Memorandum & Articles of Association, corporate governance laws, relevant legislations and guidelines such as Companies Act, Financial Services Act as well as relevant internal Chubb group corporate governance policies.
