As part of the Corporate Controller’s Department, the SEC Reporting group is responsible for the preparation of annual, quarterly, current, and other reports filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (e.g.,10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks), and for supporting earnings release materials and investor presentations for The Charles Schwab Corporation (NYSE: SCHW). The SEC Reporting group is also responsible for all audited financial statements for applicable subsidiary entities, including Schwab’s broker-dealer, bank, and international subsidiaries.
