. Candidate must have impeccable communication skills and convincing ability . Candidate must be comfortable visiting and calling multiple clients everyday .
Calling potential clients and discussing their needs . Convincing the clients for a site visit . Explain the property to the client and solve any queries they might have .
Close the deal . Candidate must make good relations with the buyers . Develop Sales Strategy to achieve organizational goals Requirements Any Graduate having 3 to 5 years of Experience in Residential sales.
