The Opportunity

The Manager, Safety & Intake plays a critical leadership role in supporting the Safer Community Unit and Coordination, Assessment, Referral, Education (CARE) Services through the effective oversight of intake, triage and referral functions across the Monash Group. Leading a team of Intake Specialists, the position ensures timely, trauma-informed responses to complex and high-risk matters, while driving continuous improvement, innovation and best-practice service delivery across Safety and Support Services.
