Primary Duties 1. Recommends long and short term strategic plans to promote right of way efficiencies and provide for continuous improvement. Oversees, observes and develops trends and takes necessary action as required. 2. Monitors and evaluates all right of way activities to assure compliance with federal, state and local regulations and Company policies, procedures, standards and safety requirements. 3. Manages the property acquisition function to acquire land, easements, leases, licenses and permits for the timely completion of capital projects. 4. Responsible for management of right of way to protect title and interest, prevent encroachment, trespass and environmental misuse. 5.
