Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A); Regional FP&A
People & Performance Management: Recruit, develop, coach, and manage team performance
Planning: Align team goals with divisional/corporate objectives; present plans to senior management
Technical Expertise: Maintain expert knowledge of FedEx standards, regulations, and business environment; provide advice on complex issues
Processes & Procedures: Lead process improvements and best practice implementation
Maximising Opportunities: Identify and evaluate business issues/opportunities; sponsor implementation of solutions
Research & Analysis: Conduct analysis, prepare reports, and contribute to strategic planning
Project Management: Oversee projects, ensure delivery within time and budget
Budget Management: Manage departmental budget and optimize costs
