To lead and manage Quality, Environment, Health & Safety (IMS) systems, drive continuous improvement initiatives, strengthen process maturity (TMW), enhance employee involvement, and ensure dexterity setup in warehouses with focus on PPM reduction and claim resolution efficiency across the SBU.
A. IMS Certification (QMS, EMS, OHSMS) Plan and execute Integrated Management System (IMS) recertification audits under corporate guidelines.
Ensure closure of Internal Audit (IA) observations, including OFIs (Opportunities for Improvement) and Non-Conformities (NCs).
Coordinate and lead External Audits (EA)
Implement and sustain digital document control systems for IMS documentation.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO , ISO , ISO ). B. TMW (The Mahindra Way) Implementation Drive TMW Cycle assessments.
Ensure TMW maturity sustenance in all applicable areas.
