**JOB SUMMARY**

This job will lead and inspire a team to cultivate strong provider relationships, driving network growth and retention. You'll develop and execute comprehensive communication and education strategies across traditional and digital channels, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. This leadership role involves strategic planning, process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Legal and Senior Leadership. You will own the provider engagement roadmap and be a key contributor to overall business strategy.

**This role can be hybrid or remote. If you live within 50 miles of an office you are required to be onsite 3 days a week. T, W, Th. Outside of 50 miles will be remote.**
