Job Description

Responsibilities


The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Perform secretariat duties for the funding initiative(s), including running of grant calls, convening of evaluation panels and engagement of various stakeholders.

  • Execute policies and processes pertaining to the administration of the funding initiative(s).

  • Communicate the funding initiative(s)'s policies and processes to public sector research performers.

  • Liaise with grantees on pre- and post-award matters.

  • Regularly review progress of awarded grants to ensure that KPIs, milestones and budget utilisation are on track.

  • Build excellence in grants management through the development, refinement and implementation of best practices, within A*STAR and through working with other funding agencies.

  • Support ecosystem-building activities for the funding initiative(s).
