Job Description

In this role you will:

Regional Process Analysis & Transformation Support

  • Support regional process improvement and transformation initiatives aligned with IB and enterprise strategy.

  • Conduct end‑to‑end analysis of current‑state processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.

  • Translate approved regional transformation problem statements and future‑state objectives into detailed process designs and requirements. Support the definition and documentation of regional TO BE processes, ensuring:
    Consistency and standardization where possible

  • Appropriate accommodation of country‑specific regulatory or operational needs

  • Ensure process analysis addresses root causes and supports scalable regional solutions.
