Job Responsibilities

• Develop relevant and cost-efficient strategies supported by analytics and financial data targeted at segmented customer base in order to drive: 1) Portfolio Sales ENR, 2) Channel management and drive sales targets for assigned sales channels, 3) Other existing customer management activities (attrition, line management, activation)
• Contribute constructively, analytically and creatively in the planning and implementation stages of campaigns
• Provide clear direction and communication to the creative agencies and internal stakeholders in devising, producing and execution of communication materials, which will communicate the product propositioning, and the agreed objectives of the campaigns
• Develop effective communication to the targeted segment via targeted communications (Direct mailers, SMS, eDMs, targeted banners, facebook postings) to inform the targeted segment and the individual customers on the offers available...
