Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Current State Assessment & Gap Analysis

  • Lead the assessment and redesign of PLM processes to align with business objectives and technological advancements based on leading practices within CPG.
  • Develop and execute transformation roadmaps for the integration of FlexPLM, Windchill, ThingWorx, and 3rd party CAD systems.
  • Document and evaluate current PLM business processes, systems, and data flows across Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Product Development teams.
  • Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and manual dependencies in the current state.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture business needs and priorities.
  • Build MTIC PLM support and project team to enable future state Mattel PLM transformation program.

  • Work with functional leads to define future state business processes and operating models.
