UPMC Corporate Pharmacy is hiring a Manager, Pharmacy to join our team! This role will work Monday through Friday during standard daylight hours. The position will have a hybrid schedule which also includes travel to other UPMC sites as needed.

Direct the design and implementation of pharmacy services to support the provision of pharmaceutical care in an efficient and effective manner. Integrate the philosophies and techniques of quality improvement. Ensure that services are provided in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. Assist in the recruitment and hiring of staff. Mentor and provide leadership for the staff. Schedule staff to cover hours of operations and on call schedule. Monitor the budget for areas of responsibility (drug margin and staffing) to ensure cost effective services.
