Key Responsibilities

• Managing the duties of a Bank Teller at bank counter, including processing/checking customer transactions, handling cash and cheques, providing customer account services and adhering to security procedures.
• Attending to customers’ enquiries and feedback in a professional manner to ensure a good banking experience.
• Processing and checking Fixed Deposit transactions (New Placement, Withdrawal, Renewal, Premature withdrawal, etc.).
• Executing and checking FX transactions.
• Executing/Authorizing daily CTS-USD/SGD, Fast and GIRO payments with reconciliation (including Bulk Fast, Bulk GIRO, RIB, HLCF, SGPG, etc.).
• Processing and checking foreign cheques for collection (Courier cheque to drawer bank, monitoring payment and settlement).
• Processing and authorizing internal funds transfer (HLCF, V8, Olympics).
