Job Description
Responsibilities
- Be a member of the OM team for the day‑to‑day operations and management of office building, facilities, security, projects, and office space planning in AGC.
- Oversee and manage the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) vendor and administer the contract to ensure maintenance of the office premises is efficiently managed and in accordance with contract requirements.
- Ensure vendors meet contractual obligations and goods/services are delivered in accordance with the service agreements.
- Manage current processes and systems; develop and execute improvement plans to enhance operations and internal stakeholder satisfaction and engagement.
- Oversee the management of office equipment and furniture, maintenance of mechanical and electrical services/systems, fire protection system, VOIP systems, AVVC system, and facilities operations with the in‑house IFM, including service requests and fault reporting.
