Manager, Professional Services & Implementations

The Manager Professional Services & Implementations owns the critical post‑sales lifecycle from contract signature through successful client onboarding and initialization. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role builds, formalizes, and leads the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure that Four Eyes’ wealth management compliance and data automation solutions are deployed on time, within scope, and with a world‑class client experience. Serving as the operational bridge between Sales, Product Services, and enterprise clients, the Manager directly impacts Time to Value (TTV) metrics and long‑term client retention.
