Job Summary
Manage, plan, and direct the day-to-day operations of the Equipment Services Team (both internal and third-party service providers) nationally in a 24/7 fast-paced operational environment to ensure prompt and efficient service and customer, subcontractor and internal team satisfaction in a cost-effective manner. This includes providing timely service to all field locations nationally for equipment service and repairs and managing parts inventory to fulfil this requirement and subsequent real-time reporting to resolve issues collaboratively across departments.
