This role combines operational leadership with hands‑on responsibility for Cultureware Production and facility operations within a regulated biotech environment. The position plays a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and cost‑effective production conditions while continuously developing people, processes, and infrastructure in support of better health solutions.


This is an onsite role in our Asland, MA office.


What You Will Accomplish Together with Us:

+ Lead daily Cultureware Production operations and define production schedules aligned with cost, quality, and time targets

+ Oversee procurement of raw materials, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and maintenance of production machinery

+ Train, mentor, and support staff members to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations
