The pay range for this position is $48.11-75.08.

Up to a $25,000 sign on bonus.

Position Summary:

The Nurse Manager provides clinical and administrative leadership and expertise; facilitates an atmosphere of interactive management and the development of collegial relationships among all team members. The Nurse Manager promotes a climate for effective performance while allocating available resources to promote efficient, effective, and quality nursing/patient care.
