Department: Network Performance and Quality Assurance

Reports to: Senior Manager, Network Performance and Quality Assurance
Job Summary:
Responsible for providing the network related business intelligence required for business decisions. Manage and provide technical guidance to a team of analysts responsible for mining and analysing all areas of network data by ensuring quality and integrity in data reporting aligned with laid down standards and best practices as defined.
