SUMMARY:
The Manager: Monthly Accounts is the senior operational leader of the monthly clients function. This role carries full accountability for the performance, quality, compliance and commercial outcomes of a team of six to twelve staff, including one to two Supervisors, across a portfolio of monthly clients. You must be a technical expert across accounting, tax and firm systems; be commercially aware, and capable of delivering high-level advisory to the firm's larger and more complex clients. Minimum Job Requirements:

• B.Com Honours essential.
• CA (SA) or equivalent professional designation. 
• Demonstrated track record of delivery over 7 to 10 years within the firm or a comparable professional services environment.
• Minimum 7 years in professional services accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
