Job Description

Lead strategic sourcing and inventory management to ensure seamless aviation operations. Drive innovation, optimize processes, and collaborate globally in a dynamic team. Shape the future of aviation logistics!


Tasks

What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement material planning strategies

  • Ensure accurate forecasting of spare parts and consumables demand

  • Establish and monitor stock levels and establish reorder points

  • Manage critical and urgent material requirements

  • Lead procurement activities
  • Ensure continued coordination with Lufthansa Technik's Purchasing Alliance

  • Build strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, suppliers and repair vendors

  • Negotiate agreements and consignment programs

  • Ensure compliance with aviation regulatory standards and all applicable export control regulations
