Job Summary

Plans, directs, organizes, and controls the functions and operations of the division which include the determination and implementation of the examination program, among others; Assists the Deputy Director in the general supervision and control of the daily operations and activities of the group; Reviews supervisory outputs of the division and recommends appropriate supervisory actions to the Deputy Director

Qualification Standards

Education : Master's degree or Certificate in Leadership and Management from the Civil Service Commission

Experience : 6 years of relevant experience, 4 years of which involve supervisory/management experience
