**Position Overview**

The Manager of Mail Center Services will lead and direct a team of associates and oversee a series of mail center responsibilities. The manager directs the mail center staff in the process of receiving then delivering both mail and packages throughout the corporate offices and warehouses. Oversee preparation of all outbound mail and packages. Owns all aspects of the record retention process in accordance with the policy set forth by the company. Manages and maintains the copier fleet for all corporate and warehouse locations. Manages the receipt and allocation of office and copy/printer room supplies. Displays experience with a variety of mail services and record retention programs and practices/procedures. Actively train and coach the team to ensure the highest level of customer service.
