The Role

This position is responsible for leading the loan servicing team responsible for the post funding administration of property taxes, insurance and PPSA renewal, issuance of maturity letters and gathering of financial statements from CMG clients are required under the Commitment Letter and Loan Documents.The mandate requires the incumbent work with Business Support Services and MCAP Corporate IT to issue annual Borrower Statements, leverage the use of CMG’s technology and continually improve the loan administration process.

The incumbent is expected to be knowledgeable of LMS Mortgage System and CMG’s obligations under its various investor contracts performed by the loan servicing
