Job Description
Job Responsibilities Quality
- To develop inspection and testing SOP and reporting templates associated with lifts and escalators
- Safety management of jobs at work sites
- To ensure all installed and inspected lifts and escalators comply with Code of Practice
- To manage inspection team’s qualification per BCA’s requirement and adhering to ISO17020 accreditation
- To ensure inspection and testing tools are well maintained and calibrated
- Inspection & Testing Oversight: Lead the inspection, examination, and testing of lifts and escalators for PTO application and renewal
- Statutory Compliance: Conduct scheduled statutory inspections in line with regulations and codes of practice, submit prescribed reports, and ensure timely rectifications by owners and contractors
