  • Track legal disputes received from relevant departments and seek guidance from the Function Head on next steps.
  • File criminal complaints against offenders where applicable, subject to prior approval.
  • Draft pleadings for RoU-related matters in coordination with the RoU team, concerned departments, and senior management.
  • Conduct legal research on applicable rulings; obtain senior management's approval before filing plaints or petitions and support in drafting rejoinders.
  • Collaborate with external counsel to prepare pleadings for matters before courts and appellate authorities.
