Job Summary We are seeking a structured, analytical and collaborative
Compliance Manager
to join our Leasing team. This role is responsible for strengthening processes, enhancing documentation standards and monitoring compliance across the department.
You’ll play a key role in supporting governance improvements, identifying control gaps and working closely with cross-functional teams to implement practical solutions that improve transparency, accountability and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities 1. Governance & Control Enhancement Review and strengthen internal controls across the leasing lifecycle. Identify control gaps and implement sustainable corrective and preventive measures. Establish clear accountability, timelines and tracking mechanisms for control improvements. Provide periodic governance updates to Department Head.
