IT Infrastructure & Operations
- Oversee day‑to‑day IT operations delivered by Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
- Ensure availability, performance, resilience and scalability of IT systems.
- Manage IT vendors, service providers, software licenses and support contracts.
- Monitor IT service delivery SLAs, KPIs and escalation management.
- Manage IT budgets and cost optimization initiatives.
- Own IT security and cybersecurity controls, access management and data protection.
- Maintain cybersecurity posture in coordination with MSPs and auditors.
