Role Summary

Reporting to the Director, ISM, the Manager role within Investment Structure Management (ISM) provides end‑to‑end structuring support for CPP Investments’ private investments across Credit, Private Equity, and Real Assets, including entity set‑up and governance, assistance with various projects/initiatives, and the management of CPP Investments group companies.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape how CPP Investments structures and manages its global portfolio while gaining exposure across diverse asset classes.
